Mae44 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and mae44 ("Company," "we," "platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the mae44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document.

Mae44 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the mae44 platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The mae44 platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. mae44 makes no guarantee that online gambling is legal in every jurisdiction. It is solely the member's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their area of residence.

2Account Registration

To access mae44's full range of services, you will need to register a valid account. The registration process requires an active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification and accurate, up-to-date personal information.

The eligibility requirements for creating a mae44 account are as follows:

• Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
• Holding a valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a mae44 employee.
• Has never been banned or suspended from the mae44 platform previously.
• Register under your own name only, and not on behalf of any other individual.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at mae44. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Mae44 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. Any account found in violation of this policy will be suspended immediately and all balances and pending winnings will be forfeited.

Members are fully responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. Mae44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's own disclosure of login information to third parties. 3Deposit

Mae44 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX through Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major banks participating in the FPX network. All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Processing time: Under 2 minutes for all listed methods.
• Deposit fee: Mae44 does not charge any fees for deposits. Any fees that may be imposed by third-party eWallet providers or banks are the member's responsibility.
• Daily deposit limit: Depends on the member's VIP tier. There is no general limit, but higher VIP tiers enjoy larger limits.

Mae44 does not accept cash deposits, credit cards, debit cards, or any method other than those listed above. Any attempt to deposit via an unsupported method will be automatically declined. Mae44 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity, money laundering, or any form of fraud.

Funds deposited into a mae44 account are for gaming purposes only. Mae44 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Balances on accounts inactive for more than 180 days may be subject to a dormancy fee in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.

4Withdrawal

Members may withdraw their account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any rollover requirements attached to bonuses received.

Withdrawal limits and processing times by VIP tier are as follows:

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering policy. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Mae44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Should any activity be suspected of constituting fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms, mae44 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. The investigation period is up to 14 working days. Mae44's decision in such matters is final.

5Bonus & Promotions

Mae44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, VIP cashback, sports rebates, free spins, and a birthday bonus. Each bonus has its own eligibility criteria and rollover requirements, which will be clearly stated on the respective promotion page.

The general terms applicable to all mae44 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible member, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts under any circumstances.
• Mae44 reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• The bonus amount credited depends on the member's VIP tier at the time the bonus is issued.
• Each bonus has its own validity period — check the respective promotion page for the exact duration.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds do not count towards the rollover requirements for other bonuses unless otherwise stated.
• Mae44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Any member who claims the Welcome Bonus and then opens a new account to claim it again will be considered fraudulent and all associated accounts will be suspended. 6Betting & Gaming

Mae44 offers a wide range of game categories, including online slots, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo), Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and over 80 other leagues, E-Sports titles including MLBB, Dota 2, CS2, and Valorant, as well as local and international football.

General conditions governing all betting and gaming activity on mae44:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and VIP tier. Please check the applicable limits for each game before placing your bets.
• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled. Please review your bet slip before confirming.
• For Sports Betting, the odds offered are as displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• Mae44 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error. In such cases, the full bet amount will be refunded to the member's account.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or errors in the gaming system is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Winnings from games involving prohibited strategies or unauthorised third-party software may be forfeited.

For slots and casino games, all outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified. RTP (Return to Player) information for each slot is available in the game's info menu. Mae44 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way.

7mae44 VIP Programme

The mae44 VIP Rewards Programme offers six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite — with benefits that increase at each level. Enrolment into the VIP programme is automatic once a member's cumulative deposits reach the respective threshold.

The general terms of the VIP programme are as follows:

• VIP tier is determined by a member's cumulative deposit total since registration, across all game categories.
• Tier upgrades are applied automatically and instantly once the cumulative deposit threshold is reached.
• Daily VIP cashback is calculated based on the previous day's net losses and credited automatically every morning.
• VIP benefits such as withdrawal limits, processing times, and cashback rates are as stated on the VIP Rewards.
• To maintain VIP status, members must make at least one deposit within any 90-day period. Accounts inactive for more than 90 days may have their status reviewed.
• Mae44 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure and benefits with 30 days' notice to affected members.

The personal VIP account manager provided to Diamond and Elite members is strictly for assistance and support purposes. They are not authorised to make any decisions or changes to an account without written consent from the member. All communications with VIP managers must go through official mae44 channels.

8Account Suspension & Termination

Mae44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or collusion to exploit the system.
• Providing false or inaccurate personal information during registration or verification.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to threaten, insult, or harass mae44 staff or other members.

In cases where an account is suspended due to fraud or a serious violation, mae44 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings in the account. For non-fraud-related suspensions, the account balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 14 business days after the investigation is concluded.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the mae44 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 working days. Any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method within that period.

9Responsible Gaming

A few important things all mae44 members should be aware of:

• Mae44 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Mae44 does not provide gambling advice or gameplay strategy recommendations. All playing and wagering decisions are solely the member's responsibility.
• Any dispute relating to the mae44 platform must be submitted to the support team in writing within 30 days of the incident in question.
